is a traditional herbal medicinal product
containing Bladderwrack extract. For full

Slimwell Max Herbal Slimming Tablets is a
traditional herbal medicinal product used
as an aid to slimming as part of a calorie
controlled diet, based on traditional use only.
2. BEFORE YOU TAKE THIS PRODUCT
Do not take this product if you:
• are under 18 years old or elderly
• are pregnant or breastfeeding
• are allergic to iodine or any of the
• are taking other medicines or dietary
supplements containing iodine
• have a thyroid disorder
Important information about some of the
ingredients in this medicine
This product contains 132 micrograms of
iodine. If you have been told that you have a
thyroid disorder, contact your doctor before
taking this medicinal product.

This product contains 86.7 mg of lactose
and 0.085 mg of sucrose per tablet. If you
have been told by your doctor that you have
an intolerance to some sugars, contact your
doctor before taking this medicinal product.
3. HOW TO TAKE THIS PRODUCT
For oral use only.
Adults (over 18 years old):
Two tablets to be taken three times a day

Bladderwrack is the common name of a
seaweed called Fucus, that is native to the

If you forget to take this product
Continue to take your usual dose at the
usual time. Do not take a double dose. It
does not matter if you miss a dose.

4. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
In some people, Bladderwrack extracts may
cause diarrhoea. The frequency is unknown.

6. FURTHER INFORMATION
Each coated tablet contains:
120 mg of dry extract from Bladderwrack
thallus (Fucus vesiculosus L. or Fucus
serratus L.) (5:1) (equivalent to 600 mg of
Extraction solvent: Water.
Each tablet also contains lactose, calcium
hydrogen phosphate (E341), talc (E553(b)),
magnesium stearate (E572), sodium starch
glycolate, sucrose , titanium dioxide (E171)
, kaolin light (E559), maltodextrin, colloidal
anhydrous silica and water.
This product comes in containers of 100
round, white tablets.
5. HOW TO STORE THIS PRODUCT
Do not use this product after the expiry
date. The expiry date is printed on the label
and on the bottom of the carton.
