About this product
Numark Paediatric Simple Linctus BP is taken
to relieve coughs in children.
Children from 1 month to 12 years:
Take one or two 5ml spoonfuls (5ml to 10ml).
The above doses may be taken up to 4 times
daily. Do not give to children under 1 month.
May upset the stomach or cause dental decay
if taken in large doses.
Reporting of side effects
If you get any side effects, talk to your doctor,
pharmacist or nurse. This includes any
possible side effects not listed in the package
leaflet. You can also report side effects
directly via the Yellow Card Scheme at
www.mhra.gov.uk/yellowcard. By reporting
side effects you can help provide more
information on the safety of this medicine.
Do not use if your child is allergic to any of
the ingredients. Do not use if your child is
taking any products containing potassium
tartrate, carbonates or bicarbonates.
If you have been told by your doctor that your
child has an intolerance to some sugars,
contact your doctor before using this
Contains 4.4g of sucrose per 5ml dose. This
should be taken into account in patients with
Citric Acid Monohydrate 31.25mg per 5ml.
Star Anise Oil, Sucrose, Polysorbate 20 and

Do not store above 25°C.
