Treatment of Impotence
Contact your doctor. Even with heart disease, it's safe for some men to take a PDE5 drug. However, you should have a thorough medical evaluation by your health care provider before you try taking any of these drugs.
If your doctor decides that you cannot take a PDE5 drug, you may still be able to use another type of treatment for impotence.
