Fever in Infants
Does any of the following describe your baby?
He is having trouble breathing (fast or labored breathing, sucking in around the ribs).
He is making a high-pitched noise when he breathes in (especially if accompanied by excessive drooling).
He is making wheezy noises when he breathes.
He has a barky cough, or one that sounds like a seal.
He is having prolonged coughing spells lasting up to a minute, and sometimes looks pale or bluish after them.
