Third Circuit Denies Mylan Motion for Interim Injunction
Company's Appeal and Case on the Merits Will Continue
PITTSBURGH, October 27, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Mylan Inc. today announced that the Third Circuit Court of Appeals denied its motion for an interim injunction pending an on-going appeal of a recent New Jersey District Court decision relating to generic Paroxetine CR.
