Q. What is the Together Rx Access Card?
A. The Together Rx Access Card is a free, easy-to-use card that provides meaningful savings on a wide range of prescription products at the pharmacy counter to uninsured Americans who meet income and age eligibility requirements.  Together Rx Access also can help direct individuals to various additional resources, including participating companies' existing Patient Assistance Programs, for help obtaining coverage or products. Cardholders can save approximately 25-40 percent, and sometimes more, on:

  • More than 275 brand-name prescription medicines and products from some of the world's best known companies
  • A wide range of generic products

Q. Who is eligible?
A. To be eligible for the Card, you must:

  • Be under age 65 and not otherwise eligible for Medicare
  • Have no public or private prescription drug coverage
  • Have household income equal to or less than $30,000 for a single person and $60,000 for a family of four (income eligibility adjusted for family size)*
  • Be a legal U.S. resident

A. This easy-to-use Card is accepted at the majority of pharmacies nationwide and in Puerto Rico. Simply bring it to your pharmacist along with your prescription, and your savings will be calculated right at the pharmacy counter.  It's that easy.

A. Enrolling in Together Rx Access is absolutely free. There is no cost to use the Card. And, you get your savings right at the pharmacy counter.

Q. How do I use the Card?
A. To use your Together Rx Access Card, simply bring it with you when you go to your pharmacy to pick up your prescription. Your pharmacist will calculate your savings, and you'll pay less.  It's that easy.
