Health Tip: Make Sleep a Priority

The National Sleep Foundation suggests:

  • Identify and correct any unhealthy sleep habits.
  • Instead of checking your smartphone just before bed, do something relaxing, such as meditating.
  • Prepare your bed well before bedtime.
  • Wash and change bedsheets regularly.
