Health Tip: Don't Take Stress to Bed
The National Sleep Foundation suggests:
- Use aromatherapy to help you relax. Rub on lavender-scented lotion or use lavender essential oil.
- Listen to soothing, relaxing classical music, or some nature sounds.
- If you can't slow your thoughts, write them down in a journal to get them out of your head.
- Practice yoga to clear and calm your mind.
