Roasted red pepper pineapple salsa

In a rush? Use roasted red peppers from a jar instead of roasting your own.
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted red bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons diced jalapeno pepper
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate until served.
