- 1 1/2 cups pineapple, chopped
- 2 cups citrus fruit, peeled
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 8 ounces cranberry juice
- 1 cup ice and extra for serving
Place all ingredients except ice in a blender and puree until very smooth. Add ice and puree until smooth. Serve.
