Cilantro lime dressing

Dietitian Tip

Toss dressing with cabbage slaw mix for a tangy side dish. Or drizzle over tacos or quesadillas.


  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cups 1 percent cottage cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 whole limes, juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper


In a food processor or blender, combine all of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
