You should seek immediate medical attention if you develop sudden dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, shortness of breath, or heart palpitations during treatment with these medications, whether together or alone. Food can enhance the levels of alfuzosin in your body. Alfuzosin should be taken just after eating food. This will make it easier for your body to absorb the medication. Take alfuzosin after the same meal each day. Do not take it on an empty stomach.

Food may reduce the absorption of asciminib, which may lead to lower blood levels of the medication and possibly reduced effectiveness. You should avoid eating for at least 2 hours before and 1 hour after taking asciminib.
