    Default oblonge orange pill with kali/083 on other side

    this i found in my 15 year old son's room tonight and i am so upset before i confront him i would like to know what they might be! i have SLE "lupus" myself and i have to take pain killers regularly(lorect plus 10mg) and i've noticed my pills seem to be coming up missing and not lasting me as long as they should, i'm worried that something may be going on after i've found this tonight. these are NOT my pain pills he has in there so PLEASE some one help me I LOVE MY CHILD and i want to help him A.S.A.P !!!!! thank you so very much [V]

    These are pain tablets, a generic Ultracet, Acetaminophen 325mgs, and Tramadol 37.5mgs.

    My information is not guaranteed correct. I do not get them right all the time, but I do enjoy the hunt~
