Can anyone ID this pill: grey scored oval tab "Mylan" one side & "94" on other?
Purple oval scored tablet imprinted Mylan 94 is 50 mg carbidopa and 200 mg levodopa extended-release tablet, a drug used in the treatment of Parkinson's disease.

Thanks - mom found it in a bottle of vitamin C last week. Probably was my dads - since he had Parkinsons. (he died in Aug).
How it got there is unknown (and scary). At least it was not confused with the vitamins.
