15 mg tablets, 100 count (NDC 00781-5733-13) - discontinued
30 mg tablets, 100 count (NDC 00781-5734-13) - discontinued

Reason for the Shortage

  • Teva discontinued lansoprazole orally disintegrating tablets in February, 2011.
  • Sandoz discontinued lansoprazole orally disintegrating tablets in 2012.
  • The shortage is not affecting regular lansoprazole capsules, which are readily available from multiple manufacturers.
