Some of the medication in roflumilast topical may be absorbed into the bloodstream following local application. It is possible that use of nefazodone may further increase blood levels of the medication by interfering with its clearance from your body. You may be more likely to experience side effects of roflumilast topical such as diarrhea, headache, insomnia, nausea, upper respiratory tract infection, or urinary tract infection.
