Colestipol may interfere with the absorption of hydroCHLOROthiazide when these medications are taken at the same time. This may reduce the blood levels and effects of hydroCHLOROthiazide. You should avoid drinking orange, apple, or grapefruit juice as much as possible during treatment with aliskiren.
