Generic name: Folic Acid 1mg, Pyridoxine 50mg, Calcium Carbonate 219mg, Sodium Ascorbate 120mg, Cholecalciferol 840[iU], Acetate Ion 3mg, Thiamine Mononitrate 1.8mg, Riboflavin 4mg, Niacinamide 20mg, Cyanocobalamin 12ug, Ferrous Bisglycinate Hydrochloride 26.49mg, Iodine 220ug, Zinc Oxide 25mg, Cupric Oxide 2mg, .Beta.-Carotene 2850[iU], Magnesium Oxide 25mg; Doconexent 262mg, Icosapent 112mg
Dosage form: capsule, gelatin coated

Before, during, and after pregnancy, one tablet and one softgel capsule, taken by mouth daily, or as directed by a licensed medical practitioner. Tablets and softgel capsules may be taken together or at different times of the day. Caution should be exercised to ensure that the prescribed dose of DHA does not exceed 1 gram (1000 mg) per day.
