Generic name: Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 30mg, Chlorpheniramine maleate 4mg
Dosage form: tablet, chewable

Adults and children over age 12: 1 — 2 tablets every 12 hours.

Children ages 6 to 12: 1/2 — 1 tablet every 12 hours.

Children ages 2 to 6: 1/2 tablet every 12 hours.

Children under age 2: As directed by a physician.
