Generic name: GUAIFENESIN 200mg in 5mL, HYDROCODONE BITARTRATE 2.5mg in 5mL, PSEUDOEPHEDRINE HYDROCHLORIDE 30mg in 5mL
Dosage form: oral solution
2.1 Recommended Dosage
Adults and adolescents 18 years of age and older: 10 mL every 4 to 6 hours, not to exceed 4 doses (40 mL) in 24 hours.
Administer HYCOFENIX by the oral route only. Measure HYCOFENIX with an accurate milliliter measuring device. Do not use a household teaspoon to measure the dose [ see Warnings and Precautions (5.10)].
