Dihydro CP Syrup Dosage

Generic name: Dihydrocodeine Bitartrate 7.5mg in 5mL, Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2mg in 5mL, Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride 15mg in 5mL
Dosage form: syrup

Adults and children 12 years of age and over: 1 to 2 teaspoonfuls (5 mL to 10 mL), every
4 to 6 hours as needed;
Children 6 to under 12 years of age: 1/2 to 1 teaspoonful (2.5 mL to 5 mL), every 4 to 6
hours as needed;
Children under 6 years of age: as directed by a physician.
No recommended for children under 2 years of age.
