trisomy 8 syndrome

 

Definition: the full trisomy 8 is usually associated with early lethality, but most affected individuals are mosaic with craniofacial dysmorphism; short, wide neck; narrow cylindric trunk; multiple joint and digital abnormalities; and deep creases of the palms and soles.
