Pronunciation: tel'e-lek'tro-kar'de-o-gram

Definition: An electrocardiogram recorded at a distance from the subject being tested; the electrocardiogram obtained through telemetry, or, as with a galvanometer in the laboratory, being connected by a wire with the patient in another room.
