T-wave

 

Definition: Changes of the ST segment on electrocardiogram, specifically deep T-wave inversions, caused by artificial electrical pacing of the heart, or intermittent occurrence of bundle branch block or arrhythmias arising from the ventricles. Although this phenomenon morphologically resembles myocardial ischemia, it is thought of as a benign reversible condition..
