superior cerebellar artery syndrome
Definition: syndrome due to thrombosis of the superior cerebellar artery that supplies the spinothalamic tract and the superior cerebellar peduncle; there is incoordination in performing skilled movements, with loss of pain and temperature senses on the side of the face and body opposite to that of the lesion.
