sclerotic cemental mass

 

Definition: benign fibroosseous jaw lesions of unknown etiology, occurring predominantly in middle-aged black women; lesions present as large painless radiopaque masses usually involving several quadrants of the jaw.

Synonym(s): florid osseous dysplasia, cemental dysplasia
