Definition: usually seen as two branches of the P2 segment of the posterior cerebral artery [TA] that supply the choroid plexus of the third ventricle (posterior medial choroidal artery [TA]) and parts of the choroid plexus of the lateral ventricle (posterior lateral choroidal artery [TA]).
