Definition: a rare form of dwarfism caused by the absence of a functional anterior pituitary gland; may be present at birth or develop during early childhood.

Synonym(s): Lorain-Lévi dwarfism, Lorain-Lévi infantilism, Lorain-Lévi syndrome, pituitary infantilism
