parapsoriasis en plaque


Definition: a form of large plaque parapsoriasis in middle age that frequently develops into mycosis fungoides. Affecting the trunk and proximal extremities, the lesions exceed 5 cm in diameter and are often symmetric. Small plaque parapsoriasis en plaque is a benign variant, also called digitate dermatosis.
