paraneoplastic pemphigus


Definition: painful mucosal erosions and polymorphous skin eruptions with biopsy findings resembling pemphigus vulgaris, associated with neoplasm and serum antibodies reactive with intercellular substance of all epithelia; usually rapidly fatal.
