intermuscular fascia of rectus muscles
Definition: membranous extensions of the muscular fasciae of the extraocular rectus muscles that, with the rectus muscles, create a complete musculofascial cone posterior to the eyeball, separating the orbital fat into intraconal and extraconal portions.
