idiopathic hypercalcemia of infants

 

Definition: persistent hypercalcemia of unknown cause, associated with osteosclerosis, renal insufficiency, and sometimes hypertension; also may be associated with supravalvular aortic stenosis, elfin facies, and mental retardation.
