hypertrophic interstitial neuropathy

 

Definition: sensorimotor polyneuropathy characterized pathologically by collections of Schwann cell processes arranged concentrically around one or more nerve fibers. No genetic factors are known in its etiology. For hereditary types, see hereditary hypertrophic neuropathy.
