hyperkeratosis lenticularis perstans

 

Definition: small hyperkeratotic papules on the dorsa of the feet and legs and occasionally elsewhere, with pinpoint keratotic papules of the palms and soles; onset in the third and fourth decades; an autosomal dominant trait.

Synonym(s): Flegel disease
