hypereosinophilic syndrome

 

Definition: persistent peripheral eosinophilia with eosinophilic infiltration into bone marrow, heart, and other organ systems; accompanied by nocturnal sweating, coughing, anorexia and weight loss, itching and various skin lesions, and symptoms of Löffler endocarditis.
