Gomori-Jones periodic acid-methenamine-silver stain

Pronunciation: go-mo're jonz

Definition: a staining method using methenamine silver, periodic acid, gold chloride, hematoxylin and eosin to delineate basement membrane, reticulin, collagen, and nuclei, respectively; used in renal histopathology.
