Definition: glycogenosis due to amylo-1,6-glucosidase deficiency, resulting in accumulation of abnormal glycogen with short outer chains in liver and muscle.

Synonym(s): Cori disease, debranching deficiency limit dextrinosis, limit dextrinosis, Forbes disease
