functional prepubertal castration syndrome

 

Definition: a syndrome characterized by the absence of testes from the scrotum but in their place mesonephric duct derivatives, pronounced gynecomastia and eunuchoid habitus, and increased plasma levels, and urinary excretion of gonadotrophins.
