Foley Y-plasty pyeloplasty

Pronunciation: fo'le

Definition: a reconstructive procedure for correction of ureteropelvic obstruction, whereby a V-shaped flap of renal pelvis is advanced downward into a vertical incision in the upper ureter, thereby widening the ureteropelvic junction.
