familial lipoprotein lipase inhibitor
Definition: an inhibitor, found in some patients which inhibits lipoprotein lipase resulting in accumulation of chylomicrons, VLDL, and triacylglycerols; similar in symptoms to familial lipoprotein lipase deficiency.
