erythroderma desquamativum


Definition: severe, extensive seborrheic dermatitis with exfoliative dermatitis, generalized lymphadenopathy, and diarrhea in the newborn; frequently occurs in undernourished, cachectic children.

Synonym(s): Leiner disease
