Definition: word parlance An evaluation of the impact of the patient's care on fiscal aspects important to the clinician; e.g., can the patient or applicable insurance cover the cost of a lucrative intervention, or alternatively, might an expensive procedure result in diminution in income based on per-capita clinician expenditures?
