denileukin diftitox


Definition: A pharmaceutic agent used in the treatment of some T-cell neoplasms. It consists of an interleukin-2 molecule linked to diphtheria toxin, thus making it act selectively on cells containing the interleukin-2 receptor on their cell surfaces.
