  1. Any structure composed of horny substance.
  2. One of the coronal extensions of the dental pulp underlying a cusp or lobe.
  3. The major subdivisions of the lateral ventricle in the cerebral hemisphere (the frontal horn, occipital horn, and temporal horn).
  4. The major divisions of the gray columns of the spinal cord (anterior horn, lateral horn, and posterior horn).
