cervical splanchnic nerves

 

Definition: visceral branches arising from the superior, middle, and inferior (stellate) cervical ganglia; they include the superior, middle, and inferior cervical cardiac nerves and are part of the cardiopulmonary splanchnic nerves.

Synonym(s): augmentor nerves
