bowel bypass syndrome
Definition: recurrent fever, chills, malaise, and inflammatory cutaneous papules and pustules on the extremities and upper trunk with diffuse neutrophil infiltration, sometimes with polyarthralgia or polyarthritis following bowel bypass surgery.
