Pronunciation: ă-rī′bō-flā′vi-nō′sis

Definition: Properly termed hyporiboflavinosis: a nutritional condition produced by a deficiency of riboflavin in the diet, characterized by cheilosis and magenta tongue and usually associated with other manifestations of vitamin B deficiency.
