aponeurotic reflex

 

Definition: plantar flexion of the foot and toes elicited by tapping the sole near its outer edge; has the same significance as the Rossolimo toe flexion reflex.

Synonym(s): Guillain-Barré reflex, sole tap reflex, Weingrow reflex
