aleukocytosis

Pronunciation: ā-lū-kō-sī-tō′sis

Definition: Absence or great reduction (relative or absolute) of the number of leukocytes in the circulating blood (an advanced degree of leukopenia), or the lack of leukocytes in an anatomic lesion.
