acquired hemolytic anemia
Definition: nonhereditary acute or chronic anemia associated with or caused by extracorpuscular factors, certain infectious agents, chemicals (including autoantibodies or therapeutic agents), burns, toxic materials from higher plant and animal forms (including snake venoms).
